Choosing a Filter for Well Water

Choosing the right filter for your well water is one of the most important decisions you’ll make to improve your water.

Well water varies from region to region. Even neighboring farms, cottages or acreages can have different water results depending on the area’s agriculture, commercial and natural resource (mining, oil and gas, etc.) activities.

The most important first step to choosing the right filter, is to have your well water tested by your local professional well driller, county health department, or a state certified laboratory.

You can find a certified laboratory in your area by calling the EPA’s Safe Drinking Water Hotline at 800-426-4791.

Once you have your water test results, a Petwa Certified Problem Water Specialist will work directly with our team of product experts to determine which of our systems will give you the safest, healthiest water.
