COVID-19 Customer Announcement

To our valued Customers,


In light of the growing concerns surrounding COVID-19 we would like to provide an update regarding our operations and action plan to mitigate risk and ensure the health and safety of our employees and customers.

  • All employees who can work remotely from home have been asked to do so. Our IT and telephone systems are cloud -based and can be accessed remotely by our employees.

  • We have implemented recommended on-site mitigation measures such as staggered break times to increase social distancing and a focus on frequent handwashing and proper hygiene practices.

  • We have asked our employees to reduce domestic business travel and are encouraging teleconference meetings in place of personal meetings where possible.

  • Employees returning from recent non-domestic personal or business travel have been asked to self-quarantine for a minimum of 14 days.

Canature WaterGroup continues to have healthy supply chains, inventory and resources to provide you with products and support your needs. We do not anticipate disruptions that would affect our ability to meet our customer’s needs. We will continue to closely monitor the evolving events surrounding COVID-19 and actively prepare our business to meet the requirements through these challenging times.
